No explanation is needed for this 4 day money back guarantee.Simply inform us of your decision within 2 days of receiving your sapphire or sapphire ring and let us
know that you will be shipping back for a full refund.

All orders where the ring, sapphire or jewelry is purchased in person can be returned for store credit only 4 days from order date, this only applies to sales made in person not online orders.

Ring sizing by Real Sapphires or Sapphire Ring Co does not affect the return policy unless the ring sizing is classified as a customer order. Example of this, if a customer needs a extra-large size along with custom work needed to the ring outside standard ring sizing. Our standard ring sizing is from a US size 4
to a size 8.

If you reside in the US, we offer free return shipping via FedEx as long as we contacted within 2 days of receiving your order. If you are returning your order, please contact our office where we can email you the pre-paid shipping FedEx shipping forms.

Instructions on dispatching the return order:
